ABOUT US

Established in 1924, the Daytona Beach Branch is one of the oldest of the Florida branches. Like NLAPW National, we have broadened our criteria for membership to stay abreast of the growing fields of interests and expertise within the basic fine arts. Approaching 90 years of continuous development, this Branch has made it a mission:

  • To inspire young women and promote their participation in the creative disciplines of Art, Letters and Music,

  • To provide financial aid to talented, promising female students and professionals of the arts,

  • To encourage women of all ages to aspire to the conception and fulfillment of that thrilling but elusive dream, and

  • To embrace the knowledge and ideas of today’s professionals in their chosen career fields as Pen Women members
